I typed the rest of it too here... what im seeing is that that the residuary was NOT left for those charities , no, the other HALF was to go to us, thats what she meant when saying IN THIS WILL I HAVE LEFT A LARGE PART OF MY ESTATE TO THEN THEN LIVING CHILDREN OF MIKE SMITH ETC..... But not for those charities! What do you think?
