We have no idea where this judge got that information. We filed an SC105 requesting a reversal of this decision, as the information was incorrect. I came back 2 months later simply marked "denied", with no explanation. We then tried to negotiate with the defendant for some months to settle this, without acceptable results - hence the re-filing.
