Unfortunately, any subsequent conviction counts - no matter how minor. A DWLS 3 conviction will start the clock over.

I had a Class A sex offence which as of july 22, 2011 can be sealed if.... One including having no criminal history for 5 years. I had a DWLS 3rd because I have a SR22 requirement and me payment on my insurance did not go though. It has been 7 years since my Fellony conviction but only 2 years since my DWLS, I go to court in two weeks. Any Advice?
