You're welcome. If you found the response helpful, please check that box at the bottom of the response. To respond further, Declarations of Disclosure are NOT optional. State law requires that they be prepared and exchanged. The only way around the requirement is if the respondent has never filed a Response, but even then the Petitioner would need to prepare a DoD and deliver it to the Respondent. An MSA is only truly enforceable if Preliminary Declarations of Disclosure have been exchanged.

Thank you for your swift reply. No neither of us has remarried. I am hoping a MSA will negate the need for Declarations of Disclosures and further court submissions. Regards to you
