Sorry, but she's trying to feed you a load of hogwash with these demands. Unless the will makes her the executrix and she's had it probated already and has Letters Testamentary in hand, she has no legal authority to sell the car to you, or do anything on behalf of the estate, for that matter. My question, with all respect:
Are you going to let her continue to bully you, or are you going to get some help?

I'd love to get some help. May I use your car? I do not understand what you mean by probated already and letters of testamentary. Can you explain?

I'd love to explain, but it would take more space than is appropriate for Avvo, but this is precisely the reason you need an attorney to help you. You don't have the time, nor do you need the aggravation, of learning the law. Part of what we do as lawyers is to take worry off the shoulders of our clients.
Regarding my car, it would be hard for you to come from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania to borrow it.

I am so grateful for your input. I live in Green County, WI. Very rural area. I am going crazy trying to find a lawyer who specializes in probate. My mother's lawyer did but that would be a conflict of interest. Do you have the resources to find me a list or a site that would help me?

You can reach the WI Bar Associations Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS) by phone at (800) 362-9082. They are open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Please do not hesitate to call them and have them find you a probate attorney in your area.

Please take Mr. Ward's advice and make the call. You don't need to go this alone!

I was able to speak to my mother's lawyer and he said he would file mom's will w/out probate as her assets are less than $50,000. I spoke to a different attorney and he said my daughter would have simply needed to download an on-line transfer by affidavit form and she would be legally within her rights to do all that she has done and is doing.
Does this make sense?
I also asked for a copy of the will. He said he could send an unsigned one. I have attached it.
Thank You,
Heidi

I don't have time. She had the car title transferred from my mother's and my name to just my mothers. She then took the car and is willing to sell it back to me for $6500. BUT, I must act by Friday and she just told me this yesterday. I have no vehicle to get to the bank or lawyer. If I don't act by Friday, she said she has another buyer lined up. This makes me sick. I love your advice about how this is not the time for such shenanigans.
