Im still awaiting blood test results. So I have not been charged with any thing yet? I am not looking forward to that but waiting for the exact charges is driving me nuts. I have since moved out of the state. Will I be required to return to az for court or can a lawyer handle all of it?

Yes, you will be required to return to AZ at some point. If it is a felony, then you will probably have to make several court appearances with your lawyer. If it is a misdemeanor, your lawyer can probably make most appearances for you (at least in the beginning). Since you have not been charged, it could still end up as a misdemeanor. Based on the facts you gave me, I think there is a very good chance it will be a Misdemeanor DUI charge.
