Thank you for your advice and I totally agree this is better done by an attorney and I have no clue how to write such a letter. That will be taken seriously. I also agree the outcome will be better hiring the lawyer, but for my own personal reasons would prefer less involvement and not concerned if I could have won more. What I originally wanted taken seriously was Medicare fraud and resident abuse that occurs frequently and since this claim isn't as secure as wrongful termination it has been dropped. What I wanted to end is going to continue, so my drive against this company is no longer present. Thanks again for your input.
