we did not reaffirm the debt & have not lived in the house since we filed bankruptcy. I know they can foreclose - got that paperwork but the credit reports show "judgement" not foreclosure, dischareged Capt. 7 - so no one will give us a loan with a bankruptcy and foreclosure - it looks like 2 different things when it's one. So can we have the judgement taken off??
