Hi Chris, did not see where to ask a question. I rent a duplex in Ann Arbor. I've lived here over a year. I live month to month, rent due on the 19th of each month. I let a girl move in, agreeing to pay half of rent/utilities in July. She informed me Dec. 11th she was moving. Moved & gave me the key on Dec 14th. 5 days before rent is due. She does not have a sec dep as I paid it when I moved in initially. Question is is she liable for 22 days? Since she only gave me 8 days notice. She had paid from Nov 19- Dec 19. But I am now stuck w/ having to come up w/ her half. Thank you.
