i looked a bankruptcy papers yesterday, i never stated that i wanted to reaffirm, and i dont remember the lawyer asking, it is marked that i reaffirmed both mortgages and the bankruptcy was discharged in 2008, my credit report shows a 0 balance on first mortgage
