is it possible that my stepfather can call the captian and ask him to drop everything? or can they arrest me if i dnt go to the police station? i think my stepfather is the one pushing for the police to question me? is there anyway my stepfather can put an end to all this?

He can call the station and let them know he does not wish to proceed, but ultimately it will be the decision of the police. It sounds to me like you need to retain an attorney so your rights are protected and you are able to determine the status of this situation.
