The house went from my parents to me and is only in my name. He's going to list it, I'm just asking for my own sake what the implications are when my husband is filing and I'm not.

Thank you for the attorney listings. My husband doesn't want an attorney -- can't afford and I can't force him. But I will try to find one to guide me at least and maybe persuade him.
