i have a copy of the will that states i have been left 1/3 of the money my parents had.
My 2 brothers (also beneficieries) have not told me where it is or how to get it.
They told me the case has been closed.
I am mentally impaired, and i think they are withholding my money from me.
My friend is writing this for me, and wants to help me.
