Oops - that's what I get for doing math before my brain is awake - it's 15 years ago. So still relevant. I hate that Avvo won't let us delete or edit our posts. Also I think it is possible for a child 18 or older to establish a support order if they are attending school even if the original order didn't address it - subject to the payor being within Oregon's jurisdiction.

If you think about it - there aren't any child support eligible children left from orders before 1997 - since that was 25 years ago. So probably no need to mention the old law anymore especially in this forum where people might get confused with too much information.
