I also work for a company and am classified as part-time and have been working full-time and OT hours for the past 4 years on a weekly basis. No benefits, no paid holidays or days off, etc. It also seems to be an injustice that new-hires with little or no experience are making more than myself. I have been with this company for 11 years. And my next question is - where does one find such an attorney for representation?
