do you have experience overturning separation agreements? we used a mediator and the agreement is very one sided in my husband's favor. I am told I have a good case according to the case law. I did not have a lawyer review it because I had confidence in the mediator and the situation was critical, but I later found he made several mistakes and is not owning them.
