Thank you for your reply on my question.
I do understand that it was a mistake for not filing the logo with copyright office within first months. It was mainly due to the fact that I was very amateur and new to this country at that time.
As I've mentioned earlier, my contribution to this company is more than just a Logo design and I have not received what was promised verbally which was becoming a shareholder of the company.
I don't understand why it'd be difficult for me as an artist to make someone stop using my artwork even if I failed to file it with copyright office? Isn't it true that the moment the artwork is created it's automatically my copyrighted artwork which gives me the right of ownership but not necessarily seeking damages?
