Yes, CHP report says violation of Vehicle Code ยง22350 by the biker. He ended up with a scraped arm, but I guess he has filed a claim including injury. His insurance company hasn't even bothered to call me for my take on the incident. They just assume I am the guilty one and proceed to collect!
