Can anybody serve him?
So, I will go to the court, purchase index number, fill out the paperwork and have someone serve him...
I just dont wanna do apearence in fron of judge with him at the same time. He is very agressive, and he think I moved away, I would wanna keep it that way for my safety.I dont wanna meet him at all. Can we sign the papers in different times?

Any adult who is not a party to the action. They must have a photo or someone to point him out in order to verify that they were serving the correct person. If he agrees to sign the papers it can be done at different times.
