Just as Attorney West responded, it has nothing to do with the processing time of the case.

Hi Elizabeth
I have one question
I lived in maryland since july 2006-may2011
then in VA may2011-july2011
and I applied for Naturalization , Citizenship process to State of MD, on july 2011 .
on the interview they asked me to change my Driv license to maryland(changed on NOV 2011) and to bring proof of residency of maryland.
I did both ,submitted all my tax papers. But they were not satisfied and
denied me the case, Because someone has to live atleast for 3month before applying in that state.
Now they said I can appeal. The thing is I dont have any thing to provide evidence for their question plus you pay around 600USD for that....
Q1. Is there any advise you can give me
Q2. if I dont appeal , they say it is final , what does it mean
thanks
really appreciate

Hi all
I lived in Maryland from July 2006-may2011, In VA may2011-july2011 And then came back to MD late in July
Thinking everything would go smooth, I applied for Naturalization, Citizenship process in State of MD moreover I lived and did all my taxes in MD since 2006.
After I get back to MD; I didn’t change my License to MD right away.
On the interview they asked me to change my Driv license to Maryland and to bring proof of residency of Maryland for those 90days period just before I applied for the case.
Submitted The new Driv License of MD (changed on NOV 2011) and all my tax papers. But they were not satisfied and denied me the case, because someone has to live at least for 3month before applying in that state.
Now they said I can appeal. The thing is I don’t have anything to provide evidence for their question plus you pay around 600USD for that....
Q1. Is there any advice you can give me
Q2. if I don’t appeal , they say it is final , what does it mean
Thanks
Really appreciate
