when you mean a pleading do you mean we have to write some thing up on pleading paper because i am learning disabled and i don't no how to write legal paper

we can't get a lawyer because my only income is ssi and all the lawyers talk to my landlord so that's why can't get a lawyer my landlord have a lot of money and in stockton their is only landlord lawyers
