Would I justifyably be able to try and get a public defender to take care of this issue, since it is related to the case?

I doubt it. The database is sponsored by a private organization of retailers. There's nothing the PD can do about it.

So then what should I do about that? How can I prevent myself from going on that database, I'm looking for a second job and a job that i was looking to get is at michaels the craft store. I need this second job...
