I didn't refuse at all, I took 2 breath test and a blood.. voluntary. states on report ... corporative

I understand. Make sure the DMV sees it that way. For some reason you claim the DA is saying there is a refusal. If the DMV feels the same you have trouble. What really happened and what may happen to your license are 2 different things.

the 'reports' say there is a refusal, yet it also shows 3 tests. i did all 3 without a problem...tks tho. I owe you a drink.. haha pun intended!

on the dmv, a friend suggested me look into SB 598 the in car device will get license back after 90 days. xxxing fingers. i am the only person providing for my home expenses.
