Mugshots are public record, so posting the information online is not criminal, and the information is not confidential. One or the other is required to violate the statutes you cited.

Thank you for clarifying the statutes for me. Have you ever dealt w/them? They say they will remove Arrestee's info. as a courtesy to Attorney's but will not respond to personal requests. I expunged my record (pro se) as I have little funds to spare and it was nolle prosequi. Everyone wants these extraordinary amounts I can't afford. I've done 98% of the work and am willing to pay a nominal fee if I can find an Attorney acclimated w/Mugshots.com's procedure for requesting removal of data, especially after expungement.
