It was not alchol it was meth there is 0-100% I showed 16% which says it had been a few days

I don't believe that testing shows a percent of meth. It shows the number of active vs. non active amphetamines in the system. So you might be mixed up on this one. Also, meth DUI's are very hard to prove. You should have hired a lawyer.

If you plead guilty and want to withdraw your plea you need to get back on calendar ASAP to inform the judge of your wishes. You can hire an attorney to assist you. You can ask for a public defender when you go to court, the judge may allow the public defender to help you. If you were found guilty by jury or judge after a trial you need to file a notice of appeal within 30 calendar days of the conviction.
