am i eligible too apply for unemployment?

It always amazes me when someone like yourself has a serious legal issue that impairs their ability to earn a living, may have insurance and disability benefits at their disposal, yet does not want to spend a few bucks in consulting with an attorney to find out what they are entitled to and make the appropriate applications. Now, are you "eligible to apply for unemployment," the short and cheap answer is "yes." Whether they will approve it, or it is advisable to do that lest you preclude some better options, I have no idea. And unless you are willing to open your pocketbook to retain an attorney that can really help you, you will never find out.

i apologize for misunderstanding. i am indeed going too see an attorney tomorrow morning. problem today is i am sitting here worrying myself too death about an uncertain future as i have a family too worry about. i just wanted some reassurance now that i am not totally screwed just too calm me down. your advice and the other attorneys was very helpful and im grateful for it.
