Here's a scenario for you. Somehow original trust was seen but it was not the FINAL draft, and another trust appeared that required only the original trustee to sign. That trustee did make amendments, but almost 30 days to the date of death exactly. How might such an event hold up in court? Especially if the trustee was talked to by a party to the trust AND was in the hospital, on dialysis?
