Thankyou Mr. Regan you always answer my questions & I really appreciate that, regarding the question, if the Psi is not done can we still get a continuance because there is Sooo much to do that being a pending case before the sentencing & our attorney being sick, unfortunately. ?

Those are all legitimate reasons to continue a case.
