Why is HLB and greedy private hospitals and health care providers getting $700 million paid off by the government? Health care providers are the worst Human Right violators who abuse the patients. Why should the abusers (not victim) be paid of by the Department of Health and Human Services? Prosecute the violators instead.

And the def. counsel tells the REAL victim (of felony attempted murder). "I'm not the prosecutor, I can't do anything about other issues." "I'm not a neurosurgeon, I don't know anything about your injury". "I'm not civil litigation lawyer. I can't sue for you for the damage". "I'm not Civil Right lawyer. I can't do anything about possible Civil Right violation for you". etc etc etc...How convenient for the government and People?
