.....And the govt and lawyers continue the miscarriage of justice.

Justice is a process. Acquittals are part of that process. Justice requires a method for determining who should be convicted and who should be acquitted. When there is an acquittal, that is the process working -- not miscarrying.

I don't see any justice in govt/people accusing the innocent person and then vidicating. "vindicating" of the crimes they invented doesn't restore the things that the victim/accused has lost because of them.
