I defer to Mr. Chen's superior answer. I have submitted several such motions, without ever attaching an answer, and have never had a Judge raise an issue with it. I know better from now on!

Thank you Mr. Chen.....you have been very helpful. What is the Form number again for the general denial if I do not agree with anything that is listed in the complaint?

the court lacked personal jurisdiction over you. goto courts.ca.gov and read the opinions of the courts. look under lack of proper notice, Dill v. Berquist Construction Co. (1994) 24 Cal.App.4th 1426, 1444 [29 Cal. Rptr. 2d 746] is one example
