I just finished texting my friend and pulled out of the parking lot onto Linden Ave at 6:46 PM drove down Linden Ave it’s (1.6 miles) to Wood Ave doing the speed limit of 25 mph I stopped at the red light I waited for light to change green, I seen no patrol car(s) behind me at the stop light at Wood Avenue and Linden Avenue the light turned green I proceeded down Linden Avenue doing the speed limit to the next stop light at S. Stiles Street and Linden Avenue another 1/2 mile from the last light waited for the light to turn green while waiting for light to change there was only a passenger cars behind me no patrol car(s) the light turned green I crossed over S. Stiles Street proceeding down Linden Avenue doing the speed limit when I just crossed over the railroad tracks where the street is at its highest point I could see back toward the light at Wood Avenue now I am approaching the third set of railroad tracks on Linden Ave when I saw in my rear view mirror flashing light coming down Linden Avenue from the Wood Avenue toward South Stiles Street at a very high rate of speed I thought it was an emergency call. Didn’t think it was coming for me, because I did nothing wrong I checked my speed I wasn’t speeding It pulled up behind me fast and pulled me over by sounding its siren for me to pull over. I pulled over immediately and pushed the button to put down my window to greet the officer and ask him why he was pulling me over but he came to the passenger side of the vehicle instead of the normal driver side I am guessing he didn’t want to be near the flow of traffic he tapped on the passenger window by this time I was getting out my documentation so I pushed the button for the passenger side window down he asked me for my license, registration and insurance card I gave it to him and I asked him why he was pulling me over first he said that my insurance card was expired so I gave the correct one had several cards and then he gave an answer that my vehicle threw up rocks and they hit his patrol car when I was proceeding through the intersection he didn’t state which intersection, I said that you were never behind me till you just pulled me over and I said you got to be kidding me that was the lamest excuse I ever heard for a reason to pull someone over especially when you were never behind them and he got real mad and he asked me where I was coming from and I didn’t answer him he proceeded to ask three or four more times I finally answered by saying I was driving though Linden and by the way I think it’s none of your business where I was coming from because I did nothing wrong he now I could see he was getting extremely angered then all of a sudden now he says to me he smells alcohol and I said how can you smell alcohol on a windy evening from three feet away and outside of my truck with the engine running, I thought to myself if looks could kill I be dead now. He told me to get out of the vehicle and come to the back of my truck but before I got out I told him he has no right to pull me over for no reason and I didn’t do nothing wrong nor does he have any kind of probable cause you were never I told him once again you were never behind me so you have no probable cause to pull me over and I didn’t commit any crime and that he was violating my constitutional rights.
