I did have a high BAC, no collision, and cooperative to police. They are saying 15 days in jail. No other criminal record.

Is that as a condition of probation, or is that a straight jail sentence? The minimum jail term on a 2nd DWI is 30 days but that automatically gets cut in half by the sheriff for "good conduct." If it's a condition of probation, it's a little high. If it's a straight jail sentence (and if the judge will let you serve it in the sheriff's work program) you'll be able to put it behind you and save up to $1440.00 in probation fees, too.

Actually this is a "deal" that my attorney mentioned. I am wondering if my attorney is really doing anyhting. This will be in addition to 2 yrs probation, 80 hrs c/s, etc.

My attorney also mentioned the DWI court - looking at that it is for hardcore offenders. I drink socially only, and don't rely on alcohol as a crutch to deal with any issues.
