In reference to what you wrote Mr. Chang my whole agenda is not to evade disclosing my guilty plea or charges. But rather I will divulge what is asked of me on the application, however to be me it seems I must admit to it since a differed entry counts as a plea. When time comes for the post background check I will list anything they ask of, because at that point they'll most likely ask for in depth questions about arrests, and detentions. And not post a generalized question like the college application does.
