Thanks for all your feedback. Boy, this does sound complicated. It is a pretty simple situation, really. Real estate requires good deal of cash infusion and relatives overseas have the funds. I am trying to figure the best way to bring in the funds. One option is to just get it wired into my account but I would have to pay yaxes on the funds. So I am trying to see which model fits the investment and allows for profit sharing amongst the partners.

We advise our clients to focus their time and energy on taking care of the portion of the business that they know..like making money and let other professionals take care of the 'back office' components.
