Administrative Law

Federal and state government agencies are required to follow certain procedures in order for their actions to be constitutional. For the federal government, these procedures are generally outlined by the Federal Administrative Procedure Act (FAPA). Each state government has its own set of administrative procedures as well, some of which are modeled after FAPA. An administrative law attorney specializes in administrative procedures at the federal and/or state level.
