UX Designer

Linux DevOps Engineer

The Linux DevOps Engineer will focus on enhancing the performance and reliability of our services with exceptional knowledge of web-service scaling best practices. Avvo is looking to expand its Helpdesk team! The Helpdesk Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the corporate desktops and laptops in use by Avvo. Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via ticketing system, telephone or walk-up in a courteous manner

  • Build rapport and elicit problem details from employees of varying levels of technical knowledge

Data Warehouse Engineer
