- Attorneys are reminded and able to respond quickly and easily to prospective client inquiries by phone, custom email message and/or an auto-response email via My RealPractice
- Detailed information about the phone calls and web inquiries are tracked and stored within My RealPractice for reporting and follow-up: prospective client names, email addresses and phone numbers (as available); dates and times of the inquiries; duration of any calls; and any questions or notes coming from the client prospects
- Reminders and tasks can be easily set-up and managed to engage more prospects coming through Avvo, retain them as clients and manage all the details and tasks associated with their cases and matters.
Through this program, attorneys who have claimed their Avvo listing(s) may use My RealPractice and the new integrated features for free to manage and track client inquiries coming from Avvo. This includes free web form tracking, dedicated phone number for tracking, one free landing page and free use of the My RealPractice marketing and practice management application. Additional landing pages, call tracking phone numbers, integration with other sources, and other premium features are fee-based.
